The insulation joint is designed to for insulation and corrosion resistance outside the pipeline. For insulation and corrosion resistance, the entire product is coated with epoxy except the pipe welding areas. Rubber is used for sealing. Unlike other insulation kits, this product needs no sleeve or washer.
